Recruitment & Onboarding
Post job openings and coordinate sourcing efforts
Schedule and assist in conducting interviews
Prepare employment contracts and facilitate onboarding activities
Employee Relations & Engagement
Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and recognition initiatives
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries
Support in conducting pulse surveys and collecting employee feedback
Performance & Development Support
Track probationary reviews, performance appraisals, and training schedules
Maintain updated job descriptions and organizational charts
HR Policy & Compliance
Assist in implementing and updating HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and other statutory requirements
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and benefits documentation
Payroll Coordination
Prepare and validate payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, and leave without pay
Compute payroll, including basic pay, allowances, overtime, incentives, deductions, and government contributions
Ensure accuracy and timely payroll processing in coordination with Accounting (Payroll Report)
Process statutory remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR)
Record Keeping & Reporting
Maintain confidential employee and company records
Prepare periodic HR and administrative reports for management
Coordination with Departments & Executives
Work closely with Corporate Operations and executives for policy updates, payroll processing, and strategic HR initiatives.
Collaborate with department heads and executive leadership to address workforce planning, talent needs, and operational priorities.
Coordinate with other teams for logistical support during company events or activities.
Provide admin and HR assistance to ensure inter-departmental efficiency.
