Job Description

As an E-Learning Training Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and optimizing engaging training materials. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and cross-functional teams to create interactive learning experiences that enhance employee knowledge and skill development.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Experience: 3+ years as a professional content writer with a strong portfolio in eLearning or training materials.
  • Project Management: 3+ years of experience managing multiple content projects.
  • Training Expertise: Proven experience in training delivery.
  • Content Development: Ability to develop engaging scripts for videos, eLearning modules, and articles.
  • Project Execution: Strong ability to manage content projects from research to final script.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in eLearning module creation, including audio and video editing, is an advantage.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the Equipment Hire Industry is preferred but not required.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with NetSuite, InsPhire, Litmos LMS, Filmora, and Nintex Process Management is a plus.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in eLearning or related fields is an advantage but not required.

Your Daily Tasks

Digital Design and Training

  • Conduct engaging and informative training sessions to enhance employee learning.
  • Tailor training sessions to diverse audience needs, adjusting delivery methods.
  • Develop eLearning courses incorporating multimedia elements such as audio and video.
  • Design interactive training materials aligned with learning objectives and industry best practices.
  • Create engaging multimedia elements, including quizzes, videos, and simulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance training programs.
  • Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to improve training effectiveness.

Documentation

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials and best practice documentation.
  • Create user-friendly guides and manuals to support self-paced learning.
