Description
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria about hiring needs.
  • Create job descriptions and publish job ads in various portals (Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, etc.) and facilitate employee referral.
  • Coordinate hiring process from end-to-end recruitment process, on-boarding, and orientation.
  • Conduct interviews via phone, virtual, and face-to-face and negotiate with potential candidates.
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
  • Maintain database for internal referral bonuses and potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Maintain employee records, schedules, and prepare daily time records and pay slips of employees.
  • Facilitate and monitor employee performance evaluation and support management processes.
  • Support employee benefits administration.
  • Perform such other functions as assigned.
Requirements
  • Should be knowledgeable in all facets of HR.
  • With 1 - 3 years of related experience.
