Senior Manager - Operations

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead critical project delivery and foster a culture of continuous operational excellence. This pivotal role requires strategic foresight, exceptional leadership in people development,strong analytical acumen with hands-on data proficiency, and a proven ability to anticipate challenges and drive measurable outcomes within a fast-paced, complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Operational Leadership:

    • Lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations, contracts, and organizational objectives.

    • Develop and optimize operational strategies for maximum efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.

    • Proactively identify challenges, anticipate risks, and execute innovative, data-driven solutions.

  • Team Performance & Development:

    • Mentor, coach, and empower high-performing teams, fostering growth and achieving best-in-class standards.

    • Establish a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous innovation.

    • Lead cross-functional teams including capacity planning, training, quality, WFM, and HR initiatives.

  • Operational Governance & Metrics:

    • Drive governance through consistent monitoring and reporting of critical KPIs (leading/lagging) to track progress and deliver results.

    • Systematically identify and address gaps in operational metrics and efficiency, leveraging insights for improvement.

    • Ensure stringent compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Cultivate strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service.

    • Collaborate strategically with internal stakeholders on high-impact improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven Operational Acumen:

    • Expertise in operational frameworks; track record of identifying gaps, strategic planning, and consistent high performance.

    • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified (ideal, not required); proven history of delivering process improvements or efficiency projects.

    • Adept at identifying and implementing efficiency gains through optimization and automation.

  • Technical & Analytical Proficiency:

    • Proficient in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, advanced Excel).

    • Experience with data scraping, extraction methodologies, and handling large datasets.

    • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling visualizations.

  • Strategic & Critical Thinking:

    • Exceptional ability to foresee complex problems, plan strategically, and drive data-backed execution.

    • Capable of independently addressing and resolving issues beyond direct instructions or immediate expertise.

    • Adaptable and resilient in Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous (VUCA) operational environments.
