Senior Manager - Operations
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead critical project delivery and foster a culture of continuous operational excellence. This pivotal role requires strategic foresight, exceptional leadership in people development,strong analytical acumen with hands-on data proficiency, and a proven ability to anticipate challenges and drive measurable outcomes within a fast-paced, complex environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Operational Leadership:
Lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations, contracts, and organizational objectives.
Develop and optimize operational strategies for maximum efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
Proactively identify challenges, anticipate risks, and execute innovative, data-driven solutions.
Team Performance & Development:
Mentor, coach, and empower high-performing teams, fostering growth and achieving best-in-class standards.
Establish a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous innovation.
Lead cross-functional teams including capacity planning, training, quality, WFM, and HR initiatives.
Operational Governance & Metrics:
Drive governance through consistent monitoring and reporting of critical KPIs (leading/lagging) to track progress and deliver results.
Systematically identify and address gaps in operational metrics and efficiency, leveraging insights for improvement.
Ensure stringent compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
Cultivate strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service.
Collaborate strategically with internal stakeholders on high-impact improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven Operational Acumen:
Expertise in operational frameworks; track record of identifying gaps, strategic planning, and consistent high performance.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified (ideal, not required); proven history of delivering process improvements or efficiency projects.
Adept at identifying and implementing efficiency gains through optimization and automation.
Technical & Analytical Proficiency:
Proficient in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, advanced Excel).
Experience with data scraping, extraction methodologies, and handling large datasets.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling visualizations.
Strategic & Critical Thinking:
Exceptional ability to foresee complex problems, plan strategically, and drive data-backed execution.
Capable of independently addressing and resolving issues beyond direct instructions or immediate expertise.
Adaptable and resilient in Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous (VUCA) operational environments.
