What You'll Receive:

- Entry-level (no experience): Up to ₱31,500/month
- Mid-level (2+ years' experience): Up to ₱38,500/month
- Senior-level (5+ years' experience): Up to ₱50,000/month
These are indicative examples. We conduct annual performance-based increases and regular pay resets to ensure your compensation reflects your growth and the market.
