
Admin Assistant

The Admin Assistant provides administrative support to the assigned cluster of stores and the Operations Director (OD) through calendar management, coordination of meetings and logistics, and maintenance of store documentation and reports.
- Handles visitor inquiries and phone communications for the OD.
- Maintains filing systems for store permits, accreditation, and official documents.
- Prepares reports and presentations such as MBR, DTM, and sales performance summaries.
- Processes cash advances, reimbursements, and travel arrangements for the OD.
- Assists in preparing store budgets and targets.
- Supports office cleanliness and 5S practices.
- Performs other tasks assigned by the OD to support operational efficiency.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business
- No experience required
- Those with experience have the advantage
- MS Office proficient
- Excellent Interpersonal Relationship Skills
- Excellent Time Management and Organization Skills
