Overview

Job Description
  • Design and development of high quality and innovative products (mixed use estate) that address the needs and demands of end-users, the environment and the evolving estate masterplan
  • Develop designs based on project program, timetable and budget
  • Responsible and accountable for all design aspects
  • Join in site inspections and continuous coordination with consultants and other units
  • Monitor the project during implementation to make sure that the quality, requirements, and budget are being followed.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Architect
  • Minimum 3-year work experience in design consultancy or real estate
  • Experience in master planning is required
  • Knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Autocad, Photoshop, Sketchup
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good analytical skills and site analysis
  • Team player
