The Project Architect is responsible for handling the architectural aspects of the company's projects from inception to completion. Collaborating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and design professionals, the Project Architect ensures that the department is aligned with the needs of the project along with the industry standards, safety regulations, and client expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Design: Conduct site assessments to gather data and analyze site conditions to inform the design process.

Regulatory Compliance: Safety regulations and zoning requirements relevant to the food and beverage industry. Ensure that all designs and construction activities comply with regulatory standards.

Client Interaction: Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making adjustments as necessary.

Project Coordination:Work closely with project managers, engineers, interior designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and integration of all project elements. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction work adheres to design specifications and industry standards. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction.

Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and progress reports. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project milestones, challenges, and resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
  • With or without a Professional Architectural license
  • Proven experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and materials.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead when necessary.
