Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect who excels in AutoCAD, 3D design, and project execution. The ideal candidate has a strong background in architectural drafting, visualization, and implementation of designs on-site. You will be directly reporting to the CEO and play a key role in both the planning and execution stages of our construction and design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Create 3D models and photorealistic renderings for presentations and client approvals.
  • Ensure the execution of plans on-site aligns with the approved designs.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and design teams to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.
  • Revise plans and drawings based on feedback and actual site conditions.
  • Visit project sites as needed for inspections, progress monitoring, and coordination.
  • Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Provide regular updates and reports directly to the CEO.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Licensed Architect preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in architectural design and construction execution.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, or other 3D visualization software.
  • Strong skills in architectural detailing, layout planning, and space visualization.
  • Experience in on-site coordination and project implementation is a big advantage.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to be assigned on-site in Deparo, Caloocan City.
  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday.

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Knowledge in Revit or other BIM software.
  • Background in interior design or landscape design is a plus.
  • Portfolio of completed projects showcasing both 2D and 3D work.
