Job Overview

Senior Architect Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead our team in delivering exceptional architectural services.

This role requires strong technical leadership, expertise in project management, and excellent communication skills. As a Senior Architect, you will oversee multiple projects, guide junior staff members, and collaborate with external consultants.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical guidance and support to project teams
  • Supervising junior architects and ensuring quality design delivery
  • Collaborating with the Project Architect on technical documentation

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage competing priorities, and maintain high-quality standards will be essential in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Senior Architect, you will need:

  • A professional degree in Architecture (M.Arch or B.Arch)
  • Architectural licensure (US-based or international with relevant experience)
  • At least 10 years of experience in architecture, preferably in a senior leadership position
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Revit, with additional skills in SketchUp, Photoshop, and related software a plus
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
