About the Role

We are looking for an
Associate 2 – Project Manager / Project Architect
who can confidently lead medium to large-scale projects and guide teams toward successful delivery. This position is suited for an Architect with solid project management experience, technical expertise, and a passion for mentoring.

As part of our leadership group, you will take on a key role in project delivery, client engagement, and the continuous improvement of our design and management standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of projects, from planning and design through to coordination and delivery.
  • Lead project teams, set schedules and budgets, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff, supporting their professional growth.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, offering both technical and managerial input.
  • Apply strong problem-solving and creative thinking in addressing project challenges.
  • Contribute to the development of company project management standards and operational guidelines.
  • Assist in business development efforts by contributing technical expertise and joining presentations.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Architect with
    7–10 years of relevant experience
    .
  • Proven ability to lead project teams and manage medium- to large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in CAD, 3D modeling, and GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS).
  • Familiarity with sustainable design frameworks is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills in planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
