Qualification & Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Architecture or equivalent

· Licensed Licensed Architect

· Preferably 1 to 2 years & up experienced employee specializing in civil/construction/structural or equivalent

· Applicant must be willing to go to project site.

· Computer literate MS (Word, Excel)

· Must have basic knowledge in AutoCad

· Preferably with knowledge in quantity surveying or equivalent

Duties & Responsibilities

· Ensures completion of work within schedules

· Recording, update and upgrade existing procedures.

· Performs other related functions inherent in team operations, acts as corporate resource and performs other tasks assigned by higher management.

· Responsible for overseeing all phases of construction.

· Secures the necessary documents and/or clearances to facilitate construction and/or turnover of units.

· Coordinates all activities on site and ensures that contract requirements are satisfied.

· Conducts Inspection, Evaluation and Documentation of on-site developments.

· Reports project progress by means of suitable media presentation to management.

· Ensures that work implemented is within schedule and according to quality standards.

· Assists in inspection and attends to pre and post turnover requirements of clients on site when necessary.

· Facilitates preparation and maintenance of units for turnover.

· Render customer service relative to project deliverables.

· Partner with other teams such as Marketing and Sales to understand and respond to customer needs.
