Responsibilities: - Design architectural plans and concepts for buildings and structures - Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications - Ensure compliance with Philippine building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations - Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders - Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality - Oversee construction to ensure adherence to design, budget, and timeline - Provide solutions to design and structural challenges during project execution - Incorporate sustainable and cost-effective design principles - Manage project documentation and permits

Qualifications: - Registered and Licensed Architect - Member of good standing of the United Architects of the Philippines is preferred. - With 2-5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, planning, and/or construction. - Preferably with experience in local projects that comply with the National Building Code of the Philippines, zoning ordinances and other relevant regulations. - Proficient in: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (BIM), Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign, Rendering tools such as Lumion, V-Ray, or Twinmotion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
