Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing sector and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) sector
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and prospect new clients in the manufacturing industry
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct regular meetings to understand client needs and offer solutions
- Product Knowledge and Presentation:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos
- Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
- Use CRM software to track sales activities and client interactions
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulations
- Customer Service and Support:
- Address client inquiries and provide post-sales support
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve issues promptly
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends
- Analyze competitors' products and strategies to identify strengths and weaknesses
- Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
