Overview

Job Summary

Provide accurate, reliable, timely, quality and readily available business data / information to assist Management in the analysis of the business to define meaningful and measurable business cases for organizational performance improvements congruent with current organizational strategy.

  • Transform raw data into meaningful and useful information to enable more effective strategic, tactical, and operational business planning and decision-making
  • Manages and monitors data, information and budget to ensure fulfillment of the objectives / goals of the organization.
How will you contribute?
  • Works closely with the Data Science and Analytics Group for data sharing and management of special research projects in support of strategic planning initiatives
  • Works collaboratively with different units / business data sources for data sharing and to ensure completeness and correctness of data / information.
  • Extracts / collects and converts business data into usable, clean, current, interactive and value oriented information.
  • Implements the measurement / hierarchy of performance metrics and benchmarking of organizational performance against key indicators to inform the business stakeholders about progress towards business goals.
  • Undertake data profiling and data quality and integrity analysis to arrive at optimal business decisions and business knowledge.
  • Prepares regular performance / production reports and ad-hoc reports with a topical focus and confers with business stakeholders / users about format, distribution, and purpose to serve the strategic management of a business.
  • Assists in developing, designing, and deploying analytic models / databases to provide flexible reporting to key business stakeholders.
  • Manages and monitors business data / information.
  • Supports in the development of business development strategy / business plan.
  • Assists in the performance of environment scan.
  • Helps in evaluation / analysis / interpretation of the results of the competitive surveys for the formulation of marketing strategies.
  • Assists in the management of special research projects in support of strategic planning initiatives.
  • Assists in the preparation of annual budget.
  • Analyzes, manages, and monitors the expenses to ensure non-recurrence of variances against budget to maximize group's income.
  • Help the Department Head in managing the daily operations of the department, ensures the achievement of department goals, and aligns activities with the organization's overall strategy
What will make you successful?
  • Graduate of any Four (4) Year Course Preferably an Industrial Engineer
  • Proficient in business / financial analysis
  • Adept in research and data gathering
  • Work experience in the Banking industry and other financial systems specializing on business data / financial analysis and research
  • Business intelligence and data warehousing experience
