Job Description:

The Sales Data Analytics role is responsible for analyzing sales data, generating actionable insights, and supporting the Sales Team in achieving business targets. The role involves monitoring sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities, and providing accurate reports and forecasts to guide decision-making. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure data-driven strategies are effectively implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze sales data from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, internal reports).
  • Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports to track sales performance and KPIs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Monitor sales trends, customer behavior, and market movements to identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist in sales forecasting and target setting through data modeling.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in all reports and analytics.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in sales, marketing, or business analytics.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data processing tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to present data-driven insights clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
