Business Intelligence Analyst

What can you tell your friends when they ask what you do?

As a Business Intelligence Analyst for the Go Rewards loyalty program, I help our program partners across different industries such as retail, airline, and finance. I work with internal teams to onboard new partners, ensuring their setup runs smoothly, while also analyzing data to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities for existing partners. The goal of my insights is to help partners boost member engagement and thus grow DAVI's revenue, and make smarter business decisions.

Responsibilities – How will you do this?

• Deliver actionable insights
  through monthly internal reports and assist the Go Rewards team with quarterly partner presentations to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain dashboards
  for the Go Rewards team and partners to track performance metrics and KPIs.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses
  in response to stakeholder requests and through independent data explorations to uncover growth opportunities, risks, and areas for optimization.
• Manage end-to-end data projects
  , including timelines, stakeholder communication, and report delivery.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity
  by validating sources and refining reporting processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally
  with Data Engineering, Tech, Program, and Partner Teams to align analytics with business goals.
• Support partner onboarding
  by defining tracking requirements and ensuring seamless data integration.

To be successful, you'll need:

Technical Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in
  Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics
  ,
• or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience
  in business intelligence, analytics, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in
  SQL
  (querying, joins, aggregations) and
  Python
  for data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with
  dashboard tools
  (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Ability to
  transform raw data into actionable insights
  —from extraction to visualization and storytelling.

Analytical & Business Skills:

  skills: ability to connect business challenges with data-driven solutions.
• Stakeholder management
  : Comfortable with presenting insights to partners and internal teams, and managing expectations and deadlines.
• Project management
  : Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and document processes.

  : Ensure accuracy in data querying and reports and dashboards.

Bonus/Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of

  or retail/e-commerce analytics.
