As the Manager of Loyalty Products at Data Analytics Ventures Inc. (DAVI), you will be responsible for driving the Go Rewards loyalty program's strategic vision and execution. You will analyze market trends, manage the loyalty platform's digital experience, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that Go Rewards remains competitive and delivers exceptional value to both members and partners.
Your ultimate goal? To transform Go Rewards into a super pp, a seamless and engaging platform that enhances customer loyalty and drives revenue growth.
Responsibilities – How will you do this?
Product Strategy and Roadmap
- Lead the strategic planning and roadmap for Go Rewards, ensuring alignment with DAVI's business objectives and customer needs.
- Identify opportunities for growth and define key product milestones to enhance member engagement and program success.
- Continuously evaluate market trends and competitor offerings to implement both offensive and defensive strategies that strengthen the loyalty program's market position.
Product Development and Management
- Oversee the development of Go Rewards' mobile app and website, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience.
- Lead the quality control process, including UATs, and performance optimizations
- Work with Data, Tech, and Marketing teams to implement personalization strategies, improving customer engagement and loyalty.
Loyalty System and Vendor Management
- Oversee the management and maintenance of loyalty systems, ensuring stability, security, and scalability
- Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with Go Rewards' objectives.
Performance Monitoring
- Track key performance indicators to measure the success of loyalty initiatives
- Work with the Data analytics team to extract actionable insights that improve program effectiveness and member satisfaction.
- Implement A/B testing and data-driven experiments to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Financial Products, Customer Success, Partnerships, Business Development, Tech and Finance, to align loyalty initiatives with broader business goals
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to conceptualize and launch new program features and benefits.
- Ensure that all partner offerings are integrated smoothly into the loyalty ecosystem, providing a seamless experience for members.
To be successful, you'll need
- 7+ years of experience in product management, loyalty programs, fintech, e-commerce, or digital marketing
- Strategic mindset, ability to define a long-term vision, break it down into actionable plans, and execute successfully.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze partnership performance and derive actionable insights.
- Customer-Centric approach, has a deep understanding of customer behavior and loyalty engagement strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating effectively across teams and with senior executives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a proactive and strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of loyalty programs, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies is a plus.
- A demonstrated track record of driving process improvements and operationalizing partnership strategies.
