Outbound Sales Account Executive

Tyler is dedicated to providing innovative solutions to our clients. We seek a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist to join our dynamic inside sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to engage vendors to sign up for our monetized payment methods. As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential vendors, educating them about the benefits of our monetized payment solutions, and persuading them to enroll in our programs. This inside sales role requires excellent phone skills, persistence, and the ability to build relationships over the phone to drive successful enrollments.

Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls to vendors to introduce and explain our monetized payment methods.
- Engage in consultative selling by identifying vendor needs and aligning our solutions to meet those needs.
- Effectively present the benefits of our services, addressing any questions or concerns vendors may have.
- Guide vendors through the enrollment process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain an accurate record of vendor interactions and enrollment status in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a smooth enrollment and onboarding experience for vendors.
- Continuously stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade vendors.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong English skills required.
