Outbound Sales Representative – IT Security & Compliance
Job Overview:
Kantanna is looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities and set up meetings with potential clients. Our company specializes in IT Security and Compliance services such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and ACSC Essential 8, helping businesses strengthen their cybersecurity posture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound sales, making daily calls, conducting LinkedIn outreach, and engaging in other prospecting activities to build a strong sales pipeline. The primary goal is to secure meetings with decision-makers who need IT security and compliance solutions. You will also assist with sales administration tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Kantanna's IT security services.
- Execute targeted LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns to generate leads.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update records in the CRM system.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and compliance requirements to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Support general sales admin tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in IT or cybersecurity).
- Strong understanding of IT security, compliance, or managed services is a plus.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently speak with C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- OTE Salary, including commissions and bonuses
- Phone & Internet Allowance: ₱2,500/month
- HMO: Provided according to company policy
- Work Setup: Hybrid (4 days WFH, 1 day onsite)
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday - Australia/Sydney Time.
- Equipment: Laptop, corporate email address, and extension number provided
