Sales Operations and Enablement Associate

Key Responsibilities:Salesforce Data Enrichment & Hygiene- Data Cleansing & Standardization
- Validate and correct inconsistencies in Account, Contact, and Opportunity data.
- Identify and merge duplicate records.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date firm types, parent accounts, and sales team ownership.
- Populate missing fields such as AUM, custodian relationships, and product interest.
- Lead & Account Qualification Support
- Enrich inbound leads with firmographic data from external sources.
- Standardize firm classification to align with RIA, BD, Bank & Trust, etc.
- Tag key prospects based on engagement history and sales criteria.
- Report & Dashboard Creation
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports and CRMA dashboards for pipeline visibility, sales activity tracking, and performance insights.
- Support forecasting reports for leadership by ensuring data integrity.
- Develop advisor engagement tracking to highlight high-potential accounts.
- Pipeline & Sales Performance Insights
- Track pipeline movement, deal velocity, and key sales KPIs through effective reporting.
- Support sales team in understanding territory and account performance.
- Territory & Coverage Adjustments
- Assist in territory management updates in Salesforce.
- Reassign accounts based on firm mergers, acquisitions, or coverage changes.
- Sales Process Optimization & Documentation
- Create step-by-step guides for sales team usage of Salesforce reports.
- Document repeatable processes for lead management, activity tracking, and sales workflows.
- Sales Tool Utilization Support
- Ensure correct tagging and adoption of sales enablement tools integrated with Salesforce.
- Help troubleshoot minor Salesforce reporting issues for sales teams.
- Workload Estimation & Prioritization
- Prioritize tasks based on impact on sales execution.
- Align with Sales Enablement leadership to ensure focus on highest-value tasks.
Job Requirements and Credentials:
- At least 1-3 years of experience in using CRMs like Salesforce
- Preferable background in financial and investment management
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong research and data analytical skills
- Results-driven with a strong ability to analyze data
- Proficient in Salesforce
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking skills and ability to prioritize activities effectively and meet deadlines
- Proactive, motivated, detail-oriented, willing to be trained, and driven to achieve objectives
