Sales Operations and Enablement Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Validate and correct inconsistencies in Account, Contact, and Opportunity data.
  2. Identify and merge duplicate records.
  3. Ensure accurate and up-to-date firm types, parent accounts, and sales team ownership.
  4. Populate missing fields such as AUM, custodian relationships, and product interest.
  5. Enrich inbound leads with firmographic data from external sources.
  6. Standardize firm classification to align with RIA, BD, Bank & Trust, etc.
  7. Tag key prospects based on engagement history and sales criteria.
  8. Build and maintain Salesforce reports and CRMA dashboards for pipeline visibility, sales activity tracking, and performance insights.
  9. Support forecasting reports for leadership by ensuring data integrity.
  10. Develop advisor engagement tracking to highlight high-potential accounts.
  11. Track pipeline movement, deal velocity, and key sales KPIs through effective reporting.
  12. Support sales team in understanding territory and account performance.
  13. Assist in territory management updates in Salesforce.
  14. Reassign accounts based on firm mergers, acquisitions, or coverage changes.
  15. Create step-by-step guides for sales team usage of Salesforce reports.
  16. Document repeatable processes for lead management, activity tracking, and sales workflows.
  17. Ensure correct tagging and adoption of sales enablement tools integrated with Salesforce.
  18. Help troubleshoot minor Salesforce reporting issues for sales teams.
  19. Prioritize tasks based on impact on sales execution.
  20. Align with Sales Enablement leadership to ensure focus on highest-value tasks.
Requirements

Job Requirements and Credentials:

  1. At least 1-3 years of experience in using CRMs like Salesforce.
  2. Preferably with a background in financial and investment management.
  3. Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  4. Must have strong research and data analytical skills.
  5. Must be results-driven with a strong ability to analyze data.
  6. Proficient in Salesforce.
  7. Must be highly organized with excellent multitasking skills and ability to prioritize activities effectively and meet deadlines.
  8. Proactive, motivated, detail-oriented, willing to be trained, and driven to achieve objectives.
  9. Must be creative and have excellent project and time management skills.
