US Recruiter (Rx Recruiter)

Location: Onsite – Taguig

Schedule: Night Shift

Salary: Up to ₱75,000

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven US Recruiter (Rx Recruiter) to join our recruitment team. This role focuses on high-volume hiring for pharmacy and retail positions in the United States. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based retail and pharmacy roles.
  • Handle high-volume requisitions while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates through various channels.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and ensure compliance.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs.
  • Ensure all processes follow EEO, Affirmative Action, and legal hiring requirements.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by anticipating needs and providing timely updates.

Qualifications

  • High-volume recruiting experience required; retail or pharmacy recruitment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
  • Knowledge of US employment laws related to interviewing, hiring, and confidentiality.

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Linux, Python, Ansible, Grafana: 4 years (Preferred)
  • working Wireless Network Management: 4 years (Preferred)
  • scripting for network infrastructure: 3 years (Preferred)
  • supported large and complex global networks: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • ITIL or CCNA Certification (Preferred)
