Head of Sales – Offline Channel

Develop and implement nationwide offline sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Set sales indicators (such as sales volume, market share, and customer growth rate) and regularly assess sales performance.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Develop and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers nationwide to optimize channel coverage.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers (e.g., supermarkets, baby stores, pharmacies).
Oversee sales execution at retail points, ensuring brand visibility and sales performance.
Lead the sales team, implement incentive policies, and enhance sales staff motivation and performance.
Develop and execute offline brand promotion and sales campaigns to support revenue growth.
Oversee brand visibility, and in-store promotional activities, and ensure effective implementation.
Organize offline events such as product sampling, store promotions, and industry exhibitions to enhance brand awareness.
Monitor market feedback, analyze consumer behavior, and provide insights for brand positioning and marketing strategies.
Manage sales and marketing budgets to optimize costs and improve return on investment (ROI).
Evaluate the effectiveness of sales and promotional activities to ensure efficient resource utilization.
8+ years of experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 3 years of team management experience.
Experience in the diaper, baby products, or related industries is preferred(FMCG).
Familiarity with the Philippine market and existing local distributor and retailer networks.
Strong ability to plan and execute offline sales strategies.
Excellent business negotiation, client management, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and ability to optimize sales strategies based on insights.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Tagalog is a plus.
Basic marketing knowledge and the ability to independently plan and execute offline promotional activities.
Willing to travel nationwide to support regional sales teams.
Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
