Overview

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Property and Project Associate to manage and support the leasing, marketing, and operations of residential and commercial real estate properties in Pasay, Taguig, Alabang, and Makati. The role requires experience in tenant acquisition, property marketing, contract drafting, and real estate compliance, and provides day-to-day support to property owners, maintains tenant relations, and ensures occupancy and property maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and support leasing, marketing, and ongoing operations of residential and commercial properties.
  • Develop and implement tenant acquisition strategies and property marketing campaigns.
  • Draft and manage long-term lease agreements; ensure compliance with real estate regulations.
  • Maintain tenant relations and monitor occupancy, maintenance issues, and property performance; produce accurate reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate leasing and property management, handling both residential and commercial units.
  • Demonstrated ability to market and lease properties through social media, online platforms, and agent networks.
  • Solid knowledge of long-term leasing processes, contract drafting, and tenant management.
  • Familiarity with government regulations and compliance related to real estate taxes, permits, and property leasing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; organized and detail-oriented; able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software/tools.
