About the role

As a Leasing Officer (Mall Leasing) at Best Reliable Resources', you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the leasing operations of our premier shopping mall located in the thriving Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time position requires an exceptional individual who can effectively oversee the leasing lifecycle, from prospecting new tenants to maintaining existing relationships.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and qualify prospective tenants that align with the mall's strategic vision and target customer base
  2. Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences
  3. Negotiate and execute lease agreements that maximize occupancy rates and rental revenue
  4. Manage the complete leasing lifecycle, including tenant onboarding, rent collection, and lease renewals
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted promotional campaigns to attract and retain tenants
  6. Monitor and analyze leasing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the mall's tenant mix
  7. Provide excellent customer service to existing tenants, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in Mall leasing or property management
  2. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for financial modelling and data analysis
  5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
  6. Passion for the retail industry and understanding of current market trends and customer preferences
