About the role

Looking for an experienced Leasing Officer to join our team at Best Reliable Resources Internationale' in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City Metro Manila. This full-time role is responsible for managing the leasing of commercial properties, with a focus on mall leasing. You will play a key part in the company's strategic growth and expansion plans.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and secure new tenants for our commercial properties, with a focus on mall leasing
  2. Negotiate lease terms and contracts with prospective tenants or with the admins of the Mall
  3. Manage existing tenant relationships and renewals
  4. Analyze market data and trends to develop effective leasing strategies
  5. Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless leasing operations
  6. Meet and exceed leasing targets and KPIs
  7. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1-3 years' experience in commercial property leasing, preferably in the mall/retail sector
  2. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build relationships with prospective and existing tenants
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify leasing opportunities
  4. Thorough understanding of the commercial property market and leasing trends
  5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
  6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  7. Proficient in MS Office suite and property management software
