The Enterprise Account Director will be responsible for driving strategic sales growth and building long-term partnerships with enterprise customers. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building a solid sales pipeline, expanding existing accounts, and positioning the company's solutions to deliver measurable business value to clients and achieving sales targets. The Enterprise Account Director will collaborate closely with technical, product, and customer success teams to craft tailored solutions that align with client objectives, accelerate digital transformation, and maximize ROI.

  • Minimum 7 years experience in direct and indirect sales in enterprise solutions and system integration.
  • Business and Technical Acumen: has the ability to develop and implement effective business and solution strategies to achieve sales targets and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets in large industries like Energy, Utilities, and Manufacturing
  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential
  • Very proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Has the ability to lead and work with cross functional teams and business partners.
  • Very proficient in using productivity tools like CRM and MS Office.
