Sales Account Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth for the resort.
- Create and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs, offer solutions, and close deals.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand alignment and effective promotions.
- Track sales performance and report on key metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field is generally preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or the hospitality industry is required.
Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of market trends and customer needs.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to sales and customer service.
- Ability to effectively manage responsibilities, deadlines, and client communications.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
