Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Department: Sales
Reports To: Director of Sales

Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. The role involves managing and growing client accounts across various sectors including Government, NGOs, Corporate, Travel Agencies, and Schools. You will develop sales strategies, conduct client meetings, and ensure customer satisfaction to help achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and grow existing accounts.
  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections to showcase the property.
  • Prepare contracts, reports, and sales presentations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Participate in sales blitzes, travel expos, and client entertainment initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Willing to travel and do field work.
