Job Description

Responsible for the implementation and analysis of performance metrics within Sales and Account Management, using data-driven insights and business process understanding to identify areas for improvement, track progress towards goals, and inform strategic decision-making, often leveraging advanced analytics tools to extract meaningful information from large datasets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify improvement areas using in-depth sales data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of sales KPIs.
  • Develop and analyze sales PL reports to ensure alignment with financial goals and resource allocation.
  • Create and generate regular and adhoc reports and dashboards based on sales needs/demand.
  • Specializes in the sales KPI and its segments and drivers.
  • Ensure sales data accuracy and integrity.
  • Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with sales, business intelligence/data, and other departments to ensure alignment.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years' experience in handling data and other analytical tools.
  • Strong analytical skills: Expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization techniques.
  • Understanding of business and sales operations, key revenue drivers, and strategic priorities.
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools, and can execute advanced spreadsheet techniques/formulas.
  • Communication skills: Effectively communicates complex data insights to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and interact positively with others in a professional setting, given that the role requires close collaborations with cross-functional teams.
  • At least 3 years' experience involving core business process, marketing function, finance functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field.
