About the JobThe Ortus Club is a B2B marketing company that specializes in creating meaningful connections and insightful discussions between senior executives and thought leaders across various industries.
We run approximately 50 events a month, aiming to curate intimate gatherings that bring together decision-makers and innovators from around the world.
Our team is passionate about knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and continuous learning, and we are looking for a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Performance Enhancement Director.
Key Responsibilities- Expand revenue base by sourcing new clients and communicating with them to understand their needs and explain the Company's service value.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting efforts, including calling, email outreach, connection campaigns and networking.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
- Collaborate closely with the outbound and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to generate leads and support sales efforts.
- Approach potential clients via all platforms provided and made available by the Company including but not limited to internal knowledge sharing discussions and interviews.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team, demonstrating progress towards goals and objectives.
- At least 3 years of work experience in Sales, Account Management, Client Success, or ABM (Account-Based Marketing) is required.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives.
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and outbound sales.
- Ability to present and articulate product/service value effectively.
- Field marketing experience, with a strong focus on events.
- Confident public speaker, comfortable leading discussions and presentations.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and continuous learning.
