The Ortus Club is a B2B marketing company that specializes in creating meaningful connections and insightful discussions between senior executives and thought leaders across various industries.

We run approximately 50 events a month, aiming to curate intimate gatherings that bring together decision-makers and innovators from around the world.

Our team is passionate about knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and continuous learning, and we are looking for a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Performance Enhancement Director.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Expand revenue base by sourcing new clients and communicating with them to understand their needs and explain the Company's service value.
  2. Ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growth.
  3. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting efforts, including calling, email outreach, connection campaigns and networking.
  5. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
  6. Collaborate closely with the outbound and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to generate leads and support sales efforts.
  7. Approach potential clients via all platforms provided and made available by the Company including but not limited to internal knowledge sharing discussions and interviews.
  8. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
  9. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team, demonstrating progress towards goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of work experience in Sales, Account Management, Client Success, or ABM (Account-Based Marketing) is required.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives.
  • Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and outbound sales.
  • Ability to present and articulate product/service value effectively.
  • Field marketing experience, with a strong focus on events.
  • Confident public speaker, comfortable leading discussions and presentations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and continuous learning.
