Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling luxury mattresses (Tempur).
  • Generating and acquiring business leads and developing a network strategy.
  • Meeting and working closely with consumers to determine their needs.
  • Recommending the right solutions to customers.
  • Building brand awareness and consumer engagement through campaigns.
  • Measuring, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Monitoring performance metrics such as sales, discounting, and inventory levels.
  • Collaborating and communicating with stakeholders across the company.
About You

Ideal candidates possess the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any course or field of study.
  • Experience in retail sales, ideally in related industries.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and support the team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly creative, willing to learn, and quick to adapt.
  • Creative problem solver who is analytical and logical.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in sales or marketing.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Willing to be assigned in Shangri-La Plaza, Mandaluyong.
