The Sales Associate (CSR) is the Company's Frontline Representative to its valued customers. The Sales Associate is expected to provide informative and exceptional customer service to its clients.

Equipped with comprehensive product knowledge as well as effective salesmanship skills, Sales Associate are expected to translate all/of her efforts to achieve store sales targets, even as they conduct themselves according to Company Values and Beliefs, and the Code of Conduct.

Furthermore, the Sales Consultant CSR is expected to safeguard all Company assets in the store.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Sales
  • Customer Service
  • Merchandise handling and inventory
  • Compliance with safety and Security
  • Housekeeping
  • General tasks.

Qualifications :

  • Education: College Level/ Vocational Graduate / High School Graduate
  • At least 1 year work experience in retail sales is a plus but not required.
  • Pleasing personality and above-average communication skills are advantages.
  • Outspoken and independent but also comfortable working with a team.
  • Amenable to work on holidays and shifting schedule.
