Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Cebu team. In this role, you'll help drive sales by promoting assigned products or categories, delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and assisting with inventory control.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets for designated products/categories.
  • Track daily/weekly sales and contribute to sales reporting.
  • Engage with customers and offer knowledgeable product recommendations.
  • Ensure store displays are organized and aligned with visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team for timely replenishment.

Qualifications:

  • At least a Senior High School graduate; college-level education preferred.
  • Retail sales experience (minimum 6 months) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
  • Familiarity with basic inventory processes is a plus.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
