A Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products or services, and ensuring a positive customer experience to drive sales. They help maintain the store or sales environment, answer customer questions, and process transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly
  • Process sales transactions accurately using a point-of-sale system
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions
Qualifications:
  • High School Graduate
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (BPO or non-BPO setting)
  • CEFR Level B2 or higher – strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Customer-focused with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
  • Comfortable using sales tools and basic computer applications
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
