Cebu Pacific seeks a Revenue Management Specialist to optimize seat revenues and coordinate pricing strategies in a dynamic airline environment.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with various departments to meet revenue optimization requirements.
  • Initiating and recommending competitive pricing for assigned routes, including FITs and Groups.
  • Determining seat allocation across different fare buckets on assigned routes.
  • Ensuring seat revenues are optimized.
  • Conducting tactical activities such as promotional sales and schedule optimization.
  • Recommending equipment usage based on route performance.
  • Participating actively in Commercial functions in coordination with other Commercial departments/units.
  • Coordinating with Sales, Ticketing, Customer Care, Loyalty, ISD, Network Control Center, Airport Services, Revenue Accounting, and Treasury departments.
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Graduate of a bachelor's degree, ideally in business or finance-related majors.
  • 0-2 years of experience; prior experience in Revenue Management or airline-specific revenue management is a plus.
  • Open to fresh graduates with a strong background.
  • Proficiency in Statistical/Economic Analysis.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Detail and results-oriented mindset.
  • Problem solver and team player.
  • Comfortable working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
