What You'll Do
Looking for a role with exposure on financial management? This position will have the opportunity to work cross functionally with the entire CFO organization including the Finance department, GL Accounting team, Operations team, Treasury, and the Legal department. Candidates for this position should be ambitious and outgoing and interested in learning about TTec as a company.
You'll report to Revenue Assurance Manager. The position offers an enormous amount of exposure to all financial areas of the TTec's organization and is a great opportunity to develop professional skills.
During a Typical Day
You'll be responsible for all phases of revenue assurance processes for a portfolio of accounts.
- Contract review for billing set-up and proper revenue recognition requirements
- Identify and set-up appropriate reporting tools to build invoice templates
- Preparation of journal entries and complex schedules for month end close process
- Revenue review and analytics of own account portfolio
- Communicate with Operations/Client executive regarding revenue recognition requirements
- Maintaining process documentation and compliance with those processes.
What You Bring to the Role
- BS/BA degree, Finance or Accounting
- At least 2 years relevant experience with accounting, complex billing, collections and/or financial analysis.
- Experience with ASC 606 and telecommunications & call center operations a plus, but not required
- Advanced Excel experience required
- Ability to interpret complex contracts
- Strong analytical abilities
- Very strong English written and oral communication skills
- Willing to work night shift
