About the role

As a Property Specialist at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC, you will play a crucial role in the company's Residential Sales division. This full-time position is based in Pasay City, Metro Manila and involves assisting clients with all aspects of the residential property buying and selling process.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively engage with prospective clients to understand their property requirements and preferences
  • Research and identify suitable properties that match client needs
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to clients
  • Negotiate property sales and purchases on behalf of clients
  • Liaise with legal representatives, financial institutions and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
  • Maintain detailed records and provide regular progress updates to clients
  • Support the wider team with marketing activities and business development initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property sales or a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Good understanding of the local property market and industry regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with relevant software and digital tools
