The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing and processing employee compensation accurately and on time. This role ensures compliance with payroll regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. The Payroll Specialist also provides support in resolving payroll-related inquiries and contributes to process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a shared services or BPO environment.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, taxation, and government compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
