Job Summary:

  • Establish and nurture positive business relationships with accounts, especially at the store level. Represent NAI as a strategic business partner through effective account management for VisMin KAM.

  • Manage all sales activities promptly and comprehensively to drive category growth.

  • Identify business opportunities at the store level and facilitate solutions to ensure customer and shopper satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth deliveries, impeccable display, and space management to achieve 95% CSL and OSA, including:

    • Managing primary shelves based on agreed planogram/standard.

    • Managing secondary shelves based on featured SKUs and planogram.

    • Maintaining shelf display parameters (freshness, neatness, pricing).

    • Evaluating SKU mix according to the target market.

    • Collaborating with CSG to develop optimal store servicing models.

  • Provide consistent quantitative and qualitative reports on inventory, distribution, and merchandising metrics such as CSL, SOS, NPD placement, assortment, and spoils.

  • Develop bottoms-up forecasts for new stores, VisMin, and OVD stores for planning and stock transfer/auto-so purposes.

  • Implement, oversee, and audit store programs through collaboration with KAM BD, CMD, and TPAs.

  • Assist in correct manpower deployment and conduct audits to assess TPA performance.

  • Identify and share business opportunities (activations, new products, industry trends) with stakeholders.

  • Engage face-to-face with store personnel, providing inputs and sharing merchandising guidelines. For VisMin areas, handle account management with Head Office consultations and monitor receivables/proofs of deliveries.

Functional Knowledge / Skill Requirements:

  • Education: College graduate, preferably in Business Administration or related fields.

  • Experience: 2-3 years in Key Account Management, Sales, and Operations.
