Job Summary

The Sales Engineer is responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generates new business leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Build relationships with potential customers and identify their needs and pain points.
  • Develops and presents customized sales pitches and proposals to potential customers.
  • Negotiates and closes sales deals with potential customers.
  • Meets and exceeds monthly, quarterly, annual sales targets.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Maintains accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM software.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Proven track record of success in generating new business leads and driving sales growth.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Experience in technical sales.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
