Overview

Job Title: Project Manager (Interior Design / Architecture Preferred)

About the Role

We're looking for a driven Project Manager who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to solve problems on the go. This role requires someone who can commit fully to seeing projects through, think quickly on their feet, and keep things moving smoothly between the team, clients, and site operations.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day progress of ongoing projects from planning to completion
  • Identify and solve problems quickly as they arise
  • Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure deliverables meet quality and timelines
  • Conduct periodic site visits to monitor work and address issues on the ground
  • Manage schedules, resources, and documentation for multiple projects
  • Ensure project outcomes align with client expectations
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to think critically and act decisively under pressure
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to commit 100% to driving projects forward
  • Flexibility to travel to project sites as needed
  • Special preference for candidates with a background in Interior Design or Architecture (students or graduates welcome)
