We Are Hiring: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee our projects from initiation to completion. This role requires excellent leadership, planning, and coordination skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and scheduling to execution and handover.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to align project goals and expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor project teams to achieve set objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, (Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of project management experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 17 months

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
