The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects successfully within scope, budget, and schedule. This role ensures that project goals align with company objectives while managing resources, risks, and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on milestones, risks, and challenges.
  • Manage project resources, assign responsibilities, and oversee performance.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and quality requirements.
  • Prepare and present project reports to management and clients.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager (industry-specific experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools/software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
