The B2B Sales Manager leads a team of officers to expand the company's corporate client base with the goal of driving sales and increasing loan applications. This role reports to the Marketing Division Head.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B partners, while also developing sales strategies and incentive programs.
Sales Strategy: Design and execute data-driven sales plans in collaboration with other teams to increase lead generation and conversion rates.
Performance Optimization: Maintain relationships with key clients, use analytics to monitor and optimize sales performance, and present regular reports with actionable recommendations.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or strategic partnerships. Experience in financial services is a plus.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Track Record: Proven ability to design and develop strategic sales campaigns and programs.
Bonus Experience: Experience with OFW communities, influencers, or fintech companies is an advantage.
Flexibility: Willingness to conduct fieldwork.
