Role Introduction

This role sits within the Marketing Operations team, ensuring that field marketing initiatives are data-driven, scalable, and aligned with corporate strategy. You will work closely with sales, product marketing, and operations to plan and execute localized marketing programs that engage prospects and accelerate deals.

ey Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional field marketing plans that support sales goals and target high-value accounts.
  • Plan and manage events, webinars, executive roundtables, roadshows, and other in-person/virtual programs to drive pipeline.
  • Align closely with Sales and SDR teams to ensure field campaigns are timely, targeted, and effective.
  • Partner with the Marketing Ops team to track performance metrics (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence) and optimize campaigns.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to execute and report on campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to tailor messaging to local/regional audiences.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets and vendors for events and programs.
  • Support ABM (Account-Based Marketing) efforts in key markets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in field marketing, demand gen, or marketing ops.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey, sales funnel, and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing tech stack: Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, event tools, analytics platforms.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
