Are you a results-driven B2B Sales Closer ready to take ownership of the full sales cycle? Our client is seeking a skilled professional with proven closing experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to sell effectively to small business owners and managers. If you thrive in an independent, commission-driven environment and have a background in customer service or SaaS/technology sales, this role is a great fit.


Responsibilities
  • Identify and target small businesses with 1–200 employees worldwide

  • Conduct cold outreach to generate new business opportunities

  • Present and sell psychometric assessment solutions over the phone

  • Independently manage and close deals — no handoffs to other sales reps

  • Handle the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract signing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with small business decision-makers


Scope
  • Target Market: Companies with 1–200 employees globally

  • Product Price Point: $300 for unlimited access

  • Compensation: 100% commission structure with high earning potential

  • Autonomy: Full control over sales process and territory

  • Focus: High-volume sales with lower price point but strong commission opportunity


Requirements
  • Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of closing deals

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Experience selling to small business owners and managers

  • Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle

  • Customer service experience preferred

  • SaaS or technology sales background highly valued
