Job Duties
  • Manage daily transactions including AP, AR, bank reconciliation, credit cards, across multiple systems.
    • Raising invoices / bills to clients and managing payment terms
    • Ensure that bills and payments are correctly coded
    • Reconcile supplier, vendor, and banking/card statements
    • Manage employee expense claims
    • Manage the accounts email inbox
    Experience
    • Tertiary qualifications in accounting or related discipline
    • CPA/CA qualified or in progress with practical 3–5 years' experience in a similar role
    • Excellent MS Suite skills and expert in Xero.
    • Solid understanding of accrual accounting
    • Highly committed and able to function and investigate independently
    • Good in internal control review and streamline SOP
    • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
    • Excellent organisation skills and time management
