Job Description
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various channels and tools to attract top talent in the Technology & Telecoms industry.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide market insights and recruitment data to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and practices.
- Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to promote employer branding.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Talent Acquisition should have:
- A background in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the Technology & Telecoms industry.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
- A results-driven approach with a focus on delivering quality hires.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.
- The ability to adapt in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
